The contract is considered concluded when the Client submits the order on the website and the Seller confirms receipt of the order in writing (via email), including a summary of the products, price, associated costs, shipping method, payment method, and estimated delivery times.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Shipping, packaging, or other additional costs are clearly indicated before completing the order.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or suspend the order in case of suspected fraud or any other legitimate reason.
6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times: for mainland Portugal, normally [e.g., 3–7 working days]; for islands or international destinations, times vary according to the carrier and destination.
The Client is responsible for checking the order upon receipt. In case of damaged or incorrect products, the Client must file a claim with the carrier and inform the Seller within [e.g., 3 working days] after delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
The Client, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s), without justification, in accordance with the applicable Decree-Law.
To exercise this right, the Client must inform the Seller before the end of the withdrawal period and return the product in usable condition, undamaged, in the original packaging, unless the product cannot be returned (see exceptions below).
The Seller will refund the amount paid, including initial shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return or proof that the Client has sent the product back.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that perish quickly or, by their nature, cannot be returned; wine products whose bottle has been opened or sealed in a way that prevents proper repackaging; customised or made-to-order products, where applicable.
8. Guarantee of Conformity
Wines sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided under the Portuguese Civil Code and consumer protection legislation.
In case of non-conforming products (defects, malfunctions, discrepancies), the Client may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, in accordance with the law.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by third parties, transport, or customs authorities (in international shipments).
The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the product(s) in question, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Taxes, Fees, and Charges
All prices include applicable VAT.
The Client is responsible for any taxes, fees, or legal charges applicable in the destination country for deliveries outside mainland Portugal.

Communications between the Client and the Seller may be conducted by email, post, or through the website.
Order confirmation, invoice, or legal documents will be sent by email or other electronic means, unless otherwise specified.

The Client may resort to the Complaints Book (physical or electronic) or to alternative consumer dispute resolution entities.
The competent court will be the district of Portalegre, unless otherwise legally required.
13. Changes to the Terms of Sale
The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms, but the applicable terms are those in force at the time of order confirmation.
Any changes will be published on the website, indicating the date of the latest revision.
