Vinha do Almo
This harvest produces a wine that is complex, full-bodied, and elegant.
It displays a garnet colour, with aromas of dark chocolate and spices intertwined with toasted notes. On the palate, it is complex, with firm and well-structured tannins and good body. The finish shows balanced acidity and long persistence. Serve at 16ºC, paired with game dishes.

Vinification and Ageing
Hand-harvested in 25 kg crates. After sorting in the cellar, the grape bunches are fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control for approximately 10 days. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
